Agree...Dont work with DCS!! I had been dealing with calls from these morons on my defaulted students loans. The "rehab" program is a crock of crap!! I made the smart move and went with the US Dept of Ed's William D. Ford program and can only wish I had made that move a year ago.

It was a fairly easy process(the hardest was putting together all of your loan info) but, the only issue here is that you will have to go with the Income Contingent repayment plan with defaulted student loans and your payment amount will be based on your adjusted gross income, so your payment may be higher than with other repayment methods they offer with this program.

All-in-all I believe its a great program and has already made a difference on my credit report!
