Creditwrench and Bill Bauer is a charlatan and a fraud. He has been banned from most of the decent credit forums, and only recently, due to "new management" at creditnet has he spammed that forum almost to death. Almost all of the GOOD veterans of creditnet have gone over to creditboards.com , including Linda (Breeze). She & I still post occasionally on creditnet but only when we can avoid BB and his Gonzo style of "credit repair" misinformation.

If you are a Colorado resident, you are now under the Co 3 year "oral" contract for medical accounts, and 3 year SOL for CC accounts.

I strongly urge you to file an identity theft report with the FTC and your State authorities besides putting a fraud alert on your reports.

ID theft for medical billing is ore prevelant than for credit cards.

You can go on line to the County court system where you lived and see if there is anything filed against you.
