If the Ca and Atty. have contacted you about debt what letter do you use if OC acct>#is not the one the Collection agency is using to fraudulently extend reporting time on cr. OC -one acct.#
Atty.for Ca another acct# And the third acct.#on Credit report twice . I only have WA acct.on dunning letters. I dont know if using the word ever could get me into a mess. Even though I only know anbout CA-Midlands ACCT># from Credit report. Just as I only have OC acct.# from credit report. I need to know how to phrase this.
