received a notice from northland group stating i owe 1600 dollars on a citibank card--never had such card-- question: what should i do now? Letter or phone call have dealt with these guys in the past--useless--claims they could not find my phone number--thats a hard job! its in the book! previously settled a dept. store card with them.
