Yes, the offer was finalzed. I received a letter from the attorney, it stated that Portfolio Recovery (which must be PRA AG Funding)is settled in full and the court action will be stopped.

On the Household account, where they are claiming that I owe 13000.00 instead of the 6288.00. How do I go about sending a validation/dispute/cease and desist letter, I am not sure as to what to say. All so, should I send a letter to the credit bureau's and tell them that I dispute any additional charges of interest on this account? I had sent them a letter with my settlement, this was all done before receiving your information. If they except I will pay the settlement.

So, when a credit card company sells your account to a collection agency, they still have to go by the last day of payment that was made to the credit card company. Is that correct. If so then I do not have to much longer before they would come off of my credit report, right?

I really would like to get these taken care of and put this behind me.
