My daughter just came over with an order to stay that was stuck to her door. She also got a letter from an attorney stating an order of judgement was filed and they could make $150 payments monthly. there is a checkmark on the order of judgment stating, upon motion of the plaintiff for a judgment, accouding to the agreed order to stay case, the court finds that plaintiff is entitled to a judgement in favor of plaintiff and against defendants. Is this right?
Thanks, Patti
