I attempted to locate the local govt website which would list any judgments filed against me but couldn't find a judgment list:(

Upon further investigation it turns out all services rendered were in March of 2000 in Oregon. It really sucks, I'm not normally the type to sherk, but I DON'T have that kinda dough to pay (sigh).

Am I looking here in Colorado or Oregon?
Where can I find the statute of limitations in the context of medical bills?
What would I look for at the FTC site regarding identity theft?

Again always questions, questions.

I'm having an, "ongoing" identity crisis on which laws apply to me. I've always lived in Colorado, but the divorce decree is from Oregon since my ex moved their, and we were separated for approx 3 years. My BK attorney (if I use 'em) is here in Colorado.

Anyway I appreciate all of your input. I also realize your very busy, and have answered ALL of my responses. I will make every attempt to find the answers to my own questions when possible :)

If it's a case of leading the horse to water and not being able to make it drink, I get that too :)
