Be very careful, you may wish to call Legal Aid, consult an attorney, or at least call the court clerk. If you can look up the case on the court website, do so.
This sounds like an 'order of judgement' prepared by the attorney for the judge to sign following a trial and outcome in favor of creditor. There probably is no court order, yet.
Sounds almost as if the lawyer wishes to save himself all the fuss and have your daughter, the defendant, make his case for him by signing her life away on his ragsheet. He then runs to the judge gleefully demanding garnishment, execution, and whatever else he can use to take from your family to feed his crack and illegal alien houseboy habit.

Good rule of thumb: Say little, sign nothing, touch no one. Smash them with evey available legal remedy at your disposal.

And to think, some say that lawyers are all lowlives. Honestly, the way they speak....
