If you think for a minute it *might* be real, call your local courthouse and find out - I'd be willing to bet its all swap gas. Bankruptcy WILL protect you, another of their lies. They WISH bankruptcy wouldn't protect you bit it DOES. You file BK and it IMMEDIATELY stops all collection activity, inluding lawsuits, dead in their tracks. A 'hearing' will be held and you'll have no chance to respond ?? BULLSH*T !! IF you are being sued you WILL be served a summons and given the opportunity to respond in writing and in court. That's how our justice system works. NCO WISHES it didn't you can bet on that too. What state are you in and when was the last time you paid Citibank ??
