Was there a 30 day dispute "mini-miranda" on the Cap1 letter? What this is probably is one of those scam "rewrite" offers for a new credit card from cap1, that includes a % of your old uncollectible past SOL invalid repo deficiency. Send Cap 1 the 1st dispute letter on my website. Send the CRA the 1st CRA letter on my website.
