Is it this only this unworthy scribe or are the maggots and pustules who comprise the credit and collection sham 'industry' showing signs of desperation?

A telephone notification that Citibank is seeking judgement? Perhaps the Clerk of the Florida Supreme Court needs a certified letter from you stating your concerns that you are being told you have no right to due process in the state.

As NCO scumbags claim to speak for the greedy-gut spirochetes at Citibank, then write immediately to the FTC and the FL AG and Banking Division, and tell them what happpened. Write the Governor's office and tell them that you are hearing distressing reports that the fake 'republican' legislature among others are 'covering' for and protecting these CA's from the long overdue consequences of their actions.
A nice Cease and Desist Letter to NCO and Citibank, copy to FTC to bolster your complaint will help.
Feeling a bit nervous about this, difficulty concentrating? Forgetful? A bit low? Of course you are - call your physician and tell him what is happening to you. Make sure he takes notes and documents this.
Let these chickenhawks earn their sad comeuppance in form of a personal injury suit. They aren't even on thin ice calling you like that. Telling you you will have no right to represent your side of the case? Make sure the county court in your jurisdiction is aware of this process.
Aren't these bums clever? Too clever by half. Smash them with every legal tactic available.
