OK.. I think I finally found some information that may be helpful in getting some help on this darn judgement thing. I am looking at my paperwork and in the fine print on the bottom it states "Execution on judgment stayed on payment of XXX per month begining XXX and continuing on the same day of each successive onth until this judgement is paid in full. Execution and garnishment may issue upon Plaintaiff's request if Defendant default in any payment".

I hope this helps in determining if this a filed judgment or not filed.

I sincerely apologize for my stupidity when it comes to this and not explaining myself throughly.

I'm just besides myself about my whole credit "issues" and can't even seem to think straight some days.
