This is a credit card debt from may of 2000, and they have not made any attempts to date to collect on this, they charged it off in august of 2000. They called me and told me they were going to take me to court to get a judgement against me and garnish my wages if I did not pay up. I asked them to send me written proof of what they were asking for, and I never got an answer. I then told them to quit contacting me via the phone and to contact me via mail only, and the lady told me well I hope you have a good lawyer and see you in court and good luck..BTW this is also Citibank..what do you think? Lori
