Re-aged Debt

I just received my credit report and see two debts that were charged off in 93/94 time range but have now shown up as activity in 2000. Both being currently pursued by CAMCO. What is the best way to dispute re-aged CC accounts? How should I dispute then with the agencies? What is the best course of action to remove the re-aged accounts from my credit report?
