Ahh, good old camco. There is a class action attorney that is specifically looking for people who have had their tradelines reaged by Camco. They need more clients and it costs you nothing. I urge you to give them a call. Also, file complaints with the FTC, BBB, and delaware and illinois attorney generals. Here is the email I received from the attorney. We have filed class actions against CAMCO on behalf of residents of TX, MD, CA and IL. The basic allegation is that they represent that people whose debts are beyond the statute of limitations will be held legally responsible for them and that they will update the credit reports of persons whose debts are more than 7 years old. If persons from those or other states want to file similar claims, let us know. Daniel A. Edelman Edelman, Combs & Latturner, LLC 120 S.
