I'm in the same boat. I have a $7500 debt about to charge off. Worried just like you. But I'm in Texas and I already own a home and I owe more on my cars than they are worth and I have no money in the bank to speak of so they can sue but they are not getting anything from me.
How much is yours for, if you don't mind sharing?
