BK questions

We are in Michigan, been here all our lives. I filed bk after divorce in 1998. Ex never did but is now going to file. Even though sol is almost up on most, there is an auto repo from consumers finance and a current judement from a bank, and two credit cards that sol wont be up on for a few more years. So he is going to file instead of doing sol.
BK questions:
1. Can we send sol letter after a bk? Most items on will be sol by Dec of this year.
2. Can we fight the dates that are on cr from creditors? Last dates listed are impossible, since neither of us paid a dime since 1997, some have dates as current as 10-02.
3. How do I go about finding out if judment time is up for current consumers finance repo?
