hey im no expert at all & i could be wrong on this but from all ive been told in the past & reading some of our own Nevada statues N.R.S 11.90 i believe it is & when i was talking to MANY different attorneys from our state last summer they say written contracts have a 6 yr SOL while credit cards have only a 4 yr SOL here .. now according to the few lawyers i actually did talk to they claimed some written contracts are contracts you sign for like an installment loan with a fixxed number of payments ( signature loans ) AND also even loans that when you pay off the line of credit its re paid leaving the account to be used over & over by writing out checks on that account , theres no credit card involved EVER on the account just checks .. again im far from an expert & outta like the 10 different attorneys i did speak with last summer heck gotta say only about 4 of them even knew anything about statue of limitations on credit cards period so for whats its worth thats what i was told .. hope it helped some & of course just my opinion here , bye kel .......
