The tradeline can remain on credit reports for 7 years. The SoL only makes you judgement proof in event of a lawsuit. You can now choose to request validation of the accounts or ignore them for several months. Depending on the $ amount of each debt lawsuits are unlikely. Small amounts, lets say $1500 or under they are more likely to give up collection efforts. If they are larger then they might choose to sue but it's not much higher on the likelyhood scale.
