So Many Doot-Flies, so few swatters!

A "Suit profile". Q'est que c'est 'Suit Profile". Yes, every goofball now fancies himself a profiler courtesy of these new idiot tv shows, maybe that's what they mean.
They can profile all they want, make sure you say not one more word to these chattering fingernail scrapings. Send C&D Letter. Send Letter re Gramm-Leach-Bliley Law, Sec's 6804 - 6810 as regards your privacy and the consequences to outhouse-attendant CA's who invade it to build a 'suit profile'. Start complaints with FTC. Take down everything these creeps told you, the FTC will know what is legal and not. See some of LadynRed's postings, her knowledge of just how thorny a thicket the FDCPA is regarding what may or may not be stated to you is encyclopedic.
Wish I'd found this site some time ago when these sleazoids were haunting me by phone. One of the written threats they uttered was to pay up or else - "asset search prior to suit". Scary at the time, still is given the state of matters. What they don't tell you is that to search assets in one name in one state costs several hundred dollars. If joint names, costs go up, likewise if assets in different states. Right, and these lidless garbage cans are going to shell out for that. sure.
Tell your doctor about this harassment. Night, night, we are all of us here to assist imparting some meaning to the small, putrid, pustulent lives of those dedicated to scaring out of people funds which they can ill afford to spend. May the lives of CA's everywhere be always interesting. In the full sense of the chinese curse.
