Call the courthouse where this 'summons' came from and ask them if you are being sued. Also, many civil courts now have online records where you can look all this info up yourself. Discover is really nasty and will sue for a penny so this might be legit but I have seen plenty of cases where lawyers send out fake summons in order to scare you. Then you sue them. Fun fun fun.
