Sorry to hi-jack this thread....
They have reaged my account they purchased from Sears. Sears reported 03-96 RMA reported 09-97. What actions can I take to resolve this matter.
Sears is scheduled to come off report 11-2003 RMA has no listing as to when it will fall off...
Should I just leave it be until November and let it fall? Or do something about RMA reaging. Also look out for what RMA has as an account. Mine says that
it is an open account, listed as O9 for account
type rather than what it is supposed to be.
