In my search to find any information on W&A.. I ran across this article..... you have to read the whole thing to find the outcome.. but in all.. it tells the whole court process that one person went through over a $260.00 Debt and she did not win. Just thought it was ineteresting how they keep quoted the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
