No, this was for a different debt. He got laid
off, and into a lot of trouble with a lot of
creditors- the one that garnished is called BC Services, also out of Colorado, and has operated
under many different names becasuse their license
keeps getting supsended. So, it doesn't surprise me that he wasn't properly served-nor did his employer notify him that his check would be garnished. I think it has been more than a year- can he do anything now????
