Dear LadynRed; Thank you very kindly for your earlier post re CA's who leave debtors no choice but to call them collect or on toll lines. The deodorant-challenged armpit CA/schmuck 'lawyer' with whom I'm familiar provides no toll free numbers, and that goes for court officials who must call him collect for court appearances. You know, those occasions when he has used the free resources of government to do his goonwork by dragging a debtor before a judge. Apparently, this graduate of Bill's Academy of Law & Diaper Pail Repair feels a bit shy about appearing before hizzoner in person, given the unconventional appearance of his cocaine-eroded proboscis and the boy-toy wound round his torso.
Your astute tip on this matter has lifted the spirits and provided new motivation to yet again write to the FTC. Thank you for helping me in my charitable quest to make the lives of these walking fecaliths eventful, interesting, and full of nice surprises.
