Federal FDCPA laws override any "long arm " rules or other State rules and statutes on SOL.

The FDCPA CLEARLY states that venue and jurisdiction can ONLY be in the State where the account was first signed up for, OR in the State of present residence.

Your "examples" DO NOT apply to consumer credit transactions covered under TILA,& FDCPA.

I hope, for your clients sake that whatever you were "practicing" wasn't law.
If you are planning to go to law school, I suggest you read and learn before you mouth off.
