The partnership is a general partnership and the income is passive..is there anyway to protect this..can they attach it like garnishment.We live in florida..this is the only thing i have, no 401, annuity pension or anything else..it was to be my future savings..if i dont have a job, or one that makes 210 a wk, plus the investment that genereates 2000 a month what can i expect to happen...thanks
