Civil Claim Judgement

I have 2 civil Claim judgements on my credit report from my kids mother with two different amounts. How can she put a civil claim judgement on me when I am under a payment plan set by the court. Is this legal? Especially when after two months I will have completed the amount owed for arrears on child support. Her figurs are not even what was said to be paid by the court.(She even got me there because I had my kid most of the time, but I am a non custodial parent...which leaves very little rights)..Can she do this and continue to destroy my credit
