After 3 years sears probably does not own the debt. My guess your CA is RMA. What is the CA and what state are you in. As for sears, people have had about zero luck with them. They are real sticklers to destroying your credit report. I would wait until thanksgiving and then dispute and hope the double vacation 30 day investigation makes it go away.
