Long story short I owe the irs a small bundle for early withdrawl of my pension $$ there are several reasons why I had to do this and in 2002 I was forced to claim bankruptcy and lost my house. I have the paperwork from the IRS for filing the offer in compromise my question is this..
Can I do this myself?? I don't have a couple thousand to have a lawyer or CPA do it. Please help they gave me an extersion until april and I have to finally face them now. thanks in advance for the help.
