I just got my credit report and it shows two department store cards that were closed in 1993. I called the originator and he told me that there is new law that the CRA's will not remove them for ten years. Is this load of garbage or is there something really has changed the public is not aware of. If this ten years is bogus how should I go about getting these off my report? So dang frustrated I could pull my hair out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
