Why chat, in one of the treads previously written. you said my asset would probably protected from judgement under this Act. I have been reading, and reading, and reading on this act, but still have not come up with a simple persons version to answer this question. I have cc, that are going to be charged off, if they havent already. I was worried about ca suing me for this asset. I have a general partnership, passive, in which i receive 2k a month. you said it should be protected under the above act...could you please tell me HOW. How does the act protect against a judgement.could you please tell me in detail...this is weighing heavily on my mind...thanks in advance
