Simm Associates received their validation letter with dispute & C&D on the 19th of Feb. They called 2 times after and left messages for me to return their calls, as they couldn't fill out the validation request without speaking to me first. The calls stopped for about 10 days, then yesterday the lady who said she was doing the asset investigation called and left a message with my DIL. She called again this morning again and left a message on the machine. Please tell me I'm doing the right thing in not calling them back. It just drives me nuts, but they are in the wrong here by not validating, right? Patti
