I guess you really ARE a lawyer, since you have managed to completely change the subject under discussion from the posting party's problem with COLLECTION AGENTS to some mythical original creditors (whom I am the first to admit have limited liability inder the FDCPA) However, since you raised the topic of jurisdition and venue for OC's. I will refer you to the ON "NEW"TOPIC case law linked below. As to your basic question "what does this have to do with SOL"
It is obvious that the SOL Statutes of the jurisdiction a case is brought in would apply.
