For the past two weeks I have received daily phone calls from Camco Capital Acquisitions regarding two credit card debts ($7,000 total) from 1988. I owe the debt. They seem shady. I am weeks away from applying for a mortgage loan. They have offered a $1000.00 settlement in full for both credit cards. Should I pay it?
