IT IS NOT YOUR DEBT!!You have no longer ANY legal obligation to pay this, and certainly not any "moral" obligation to pay these scum thieves.

If they call again, tell them you are reporting them to the FTC and your State's Attorney General's Office for illegal extortion and violations of the FDCPA.
