Yesterday I received a registered letter from a magistrates office that I have to reply in 5 days, does the weekend count in the 5 days? I posted a message back in Jan. under harrasment [I think] and got good advice. I'm supposed to appear in front of magistrate 4/1/03. On Tues. March 11 I see an attorney about bankruptcy that seems to be my only solution. Ironically the SOL runs out n April of this year. I need advice fast. Please help I'm a total wreck over this. I can't pay the amount the collections want. Thanks.
