I don't think so,if the filing is the same # as in the original 1988 filing , it is beyond the 10 year SOL for judgments in W Va. They would have to follow the law under the Uniform Act, and as far as I can tell, it prohibits the filng of a foreign (another State) judgment that is beyond your State's SOL (10 years)
