I can't wait till they get a load of the counterclaim...I still havent filed it yet as i have to go to the courthouse to pick it up as it is not available online...since I had no previous knowledge of the CA and the CA being the plaintiff, can I just deny the claim or is it better to state neither admit nor deny since plaintiff has not provided requested evidence...
