I'm just telling you the procedures involved and pitfalls to avoid.

I'm assuming your involved in a matter in front of a District or Circuit court, as opposed to a magistrate. And that you are representing yourself.

Be VERY careful, if thats the case. There are dozens of things they could do that might seem like it helps you, or its a desperate attempt. But it gets you to respond a certain way, and they've just trapped you in something. Be very wary and very careful.

If your in a full blown trial in circuit court, you really should get an attorney. Theres just too many things to know about in litigating a case.
