Can my landlord levy another bank account in the future?

My landlord sued me for non-payment of three months of rent. They won an eviction and judgement and levied my bank account.

I brought this matter to my attorney to negotiate and have not heard from anyone in months.

I now work part-time and my job has offered me a retirement plan and require that I provid a bank account. Can I open another bank account without the former landlord levying that one?
