He is a legimate magistrate and has been for years. Yes there is a docket #. I looked into Chapter 7 Bankruptcy it seems to be the best one.
I don't know what to do. These people haven't got a heart, they don't care how this affects others. If this attorney won't take the case I'm S--- out of luck. Does the weekends count? I am a female who doesn't bother anyone. I want to thank all for their help and advice.
