Sam's Club - they want to repossess goods purchased??

I am in default on a Sam's Club (owned by Wal-Mart) card and I notice the card agreement says the company has a purchase money security interest in everything purchased from the store. It also says they have a right to repossess items purchased with the card.
I have other cards in default, and all of them have been calling for months, except Sam's Club. Sam's Club is the only one that has already sent the account out to an outside agency, in this instance, NCO.
Two scary looking guys showed up at the apartment I live in with my family while I was at work, and rang the doorbell a hundred times and pounded very loud on the door. My wife didn't answer the door, but it was scaring my three-year old very badly. She peeped through a window and saw them rifling through our mail in the mailbox. They also turned the handle on the front door as if to see if it was unlocked. The two thugs left eventually, speeding off very fast in a big van.
They wouldn't have been process servers (trust me as to how I know this), and I have a feeling they were there to demand payment or "repossession" of goods purchased at the store. (Of course, we have long since consumed the paper towels, TP, detergent, etc. we bought at the store.) But I suspect if, they had gotten inside our home, they would have started helping themselves to anything they wanted to claim was purchased at the store.
We live in Ohio, and we have no judgments against us (yet). Does anyone know if the purchase money security interest concept gives them a basis for showing up and demanding to "repossess" consumer goods. I realize that applies to cars and things like that, but seriously, the things we used to buy at Sam's Club were all the types of things we ate and used up.
How should we handle these guys when they show up again? Any ideas?
