I just got off the phone with my dad and he received his credit report yesterday. On it he has a judgement he never even new about from 1997. It was for a medical bill but he was never served or anything. At this time he lived in Minnasota and lived there until he came home to NH last summer. So is there anything I can do to get this off his credit report? He is looking to buy a trailer and he keeps getting turned down.
