At the time this would have been filed back in 96 I didn't own property, it was in my ex-husbands name. But why would it say transferred? I went back and looked at what the county I lived in had and to revive judgement it's 5.00 and they have paid 15.00 for transfer judgement. I can't understand why this never showed up when I bought my car in 95,and my wages were never garnished when I was still working (I retired in 97), and when my present husband and I bought this house here in WV it was not on cr then. I so far have not been served any papers in WV and if they have placed a lien on this house would we have to be served papers? Would it be legal to do that here?
