Hi everyone,
This is an extension to the post I made about
the medical bills that my Mom had, and the CA's
threat to garnish, as well as lack of validation etc...
My Mom just pulled her credit report and the b^tch
at the CA filed each incidentc as a separate collection,
rather than just one account. So, it looks like
my Mom has 9 different collection accounts going, eventhough it is all the same account from the
hospital- these were for unpaid co-pays, supposedly.
Can the CA do this???? This was Credit Service Company
in Colorado. Thanks!
