ChexSystems is Hell-they keep you for 5 years! Even if you did pay the "debt" off, most banks will still deny you. The only person who can remove you from ChexSystems list is the bank that put you there. Otherwise, try USAA.com. It is a bank in Texas, but they are real easy to deal with, no ChexSystems involved.
