Judgement affect credit?

I had a civil judgement filed against me for close to a million dollars. I am currently making payments. A lien was recorded with my county recorders office. Does this mean that it is on my credit report? If so, what are the implications? Can I expect to start receiving cancellation notices from all of my credit card people. I actually have pretty decent credit except for the judgement.
