The credit card was still current. It was made in April 1999 and was sent a bill for May and they said to take a month off, I was always on time with payments even early. I never got a credit report from them anyone. I am a pack rat and have all threats and unpaid cc statements. I appreciate all the help. Tomorrow I see an attorney to file bankruptcy. I hope it doesn't come to that. We have always paid our bills and never had such a horrible dealing with anyone. We have caller ID and we wrote down all the calls and even the unavailable ones that first came here. There was probably 70 some. I have time, days, dates, and when we answered and didn't. We alot of the time just let it ring when we saw who it was, sometime 2 or 3 times within a few hours. I hope this answers you questions WHY CHAT. Again thank you. harley.
