-Just got my credit report and see that an account that was charged off in 1997 now appears with a "date of last activity" as May 2001. It was originally Fleet Bank but now it's "NCO". -There has been no payment from me since 1997. -Can NCO legally do this? -Is there some way to get this off my report or change it back to 1997? -Thanks!
